Head of Business Development East Asia 面议

We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development East Asia to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

• Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division;
• Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;
• Organisation of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
• Helping the team to manage key partners;
• Hiring and training staff;
• Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;
• Market research, analysis and forecasting;
• Direct reports are Country Managers of the region.

Key Qualifications

• Successful experience of managing a commercial team of at least three years;
• Professional experience in the travel industry;
• An understanding of travel and the main online booking systems;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organisational and management skills;
• An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
• English and Mandarin speaker.
