职位介绍

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to promote Blue Ribbon Bags (BRB) and TripAdd products to B2B channels in China. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging with TMCs, OTAs, airlines, and ticket agencies to drive adoption and partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development


  • Actively identify and target potential clients, including airlines, OTAs, TMCs, and ticket agencies, to promote BRB and TripAdd solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor product pitches accordingly.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Chinese B2B travel sector.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of BRB and TripAdd.
  • Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Collaboration and Reporting


  • Work closely with international marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with global initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback.

Requirements:

Skills and Experience


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the airline, OTA, travel agency, or TMC sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese travel industry and B2B sales dynamics.

Language and Communication


  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) for effective communication with global teams and local clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:


  • Location: Based in China, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Work Hours: Flexible hours to accommodate client needs and international collaboration.
