销售运营助理（兼职） 面议

Operation Executive Responsibilities:

1) Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

2) Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable

3) Handling bookings by phone, email, or mail and checking the bookings have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

4) Inputting bookings, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and delivered on time.

5) Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

6) Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

7) Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.

Operation Executive Requirements:

1) A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

2) Excellent proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

3) Experience as a sales coordinator or reservation in OTA and hospitality industry

4) Good team development and leadership skills.

5) Computer literacy.

6) Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

7) Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

8) The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
