Location: SH/HK/ SG

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end projects to deliver the holistic solution required to meet business enablement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation
Have end-to-end ownership of new hotel chain acquisitions and existing account management, and grow the revenue based on partners' strategy and objectives
Initiate, develop, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned chain accounts, and orchestrate discussions with senior execs around business needs
Take a customer-centric approach to everything you do. Ensure hotel chain content, rates, availability, and products offer the best value to customers
Responsible for full account management including performance tracking, production optimization, workshop conducting, and issue solving to drive mutual performance objectives, annual targets, and milestones globally
Conduct data research & analysis, and routine performance review meetings with VP, SVP, and C-level in global hotel chain teams across geographical areas to make sure the result in a positive financial contribution
Initiate new regional projects and accelerate the progress of global projects to promote brand awareness, business strategy, and product benefits to partners
Coordinate across internal teams to achieve the account's expectations and maximize performance. Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field
8 years of experience in relevant industry
An existing network with Hotel Chains or travel influencers would be preferred
Strong negotiation, influencing, and project management skills
Ability to demonstrate professional presentation
Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and channel distribution
Result and data-driven with strong analytical skills
Willing to travel
