Key Responsibilities:

• To execute and ensure a defined customer contact plan to establish relationships and appropriate contact with corporate travel arranger,   key contacts within portfolio to ensure highest satisfaction with CITSGBT.
• Ensure in-depth understanding of client’s company culture / structure in China for the portfolio and Team managed 
• Ensure all communications received from the Leaders and Regional Relationship Managers and Global Managers are cascaded and distributed timely.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service level agreements and ensures team members take corrective action to addresses issues if service level not met. 
• Active participation in client key meetings and business review process within Team managed. 
• Lead & facilitate negotiations of contracts, pricing to drive profitability.

• Ability to influence and negotiate with authority in order to achieve goals
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally 
• Ability to plan effectively and to react to changing priorities, work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong PC knowledge including related PowerPoint/Excel/Email skills
• Strong communication skills. Able communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Effective listening skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English speaking skills 
• Strong analytical skills.
• Have a pleasant personality, approachable presence, must be customer focus 
• Ability to work under tremendous pressure.
• Good presentation skills. 
• Strong knowledge base of China travel agency operations and cost structures, suppliers, travel patterns, technologies, and local  regulatory requirements and local customs (would be added advantage).
