Product Operations Manager · 上海

We are looking for an experienced Product Operation Manager to help us define product management standards, guidelines, and sets up governance structures to improve communication and productivity. In addition, evaluates and identifies best practices with industry standards and implements them in the business.

Responsibilities:
Command a strong senior presence, lead and build a high performing DerbySoft Product Operation Team.
Establish efficient frameworks for seamless team collaboration and communication among team members.
Streamline various types of processes and methodologies enable automate processes and workflows for entire product management team.
Facilitate organizational knowledge transfers to increase team efficiency through provide templates, and documentation widely available.
Facilitate user-centric data analytical activities, including but not limited to: Product Indexes and feedback analysis to provide insights and ensure a valuable impact on constantly monitoring performance and finding opportunities to improve.
Lead the team development on organizing and analyzing user-centric data to ensure the operation team always provides the most accurate data report to support product iteration and business.
Prioritize operational projects to meet Strategic Business Objectives.
Responsible for managing and documenting the Product Group Procurement.


Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience within the product operation.
Project, programme or portfolio management qualifications desirable.
Experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate conflicting objectives and create alignment across functional teams.
Demonstrated analytically capable of refining the strategic proposals and making improvements recommendations down the line.
Excellent  verbal and written ability in both Mandarin and English
Proficient in use Office Suite and Project Management Software.
