Lead a PaaS product management team to refactor DerbySoft PaaS products to achieve the business goal and ensure PaaS products to be valuable to customers, DerbySoft SaaS products and competitive in the market

1. Responsible for driving the PaaS products direction, working closely with business team, engineering team, SaaS product team etc to refactor DerbySoft PaaS products to meet the market needs and DerbySoft SaaS products needs.
2. Decoding the company strategy, assist in defining and optimizing the product strategy with PaaS department head, ensure the product roadmaps delivery to achieve company goals.
3. Define and monitor product success metrics to optimize DerbySoft PaaS products, improve product advantage.
4. People management to setup OKR/KPI, role responsibility, incentive plan, process etc to build a strong PaaS product management team.
5. Stay on top of the market landscape and competitor offerings.
6. Keep innovating for new market trends, bring in new opportunities to PaaS products to benefit the customers and DerbySoft SaaS products.
 

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. Minimal 5 years of product management experience
3. Previous experience working for Online Travel Industry a plus
4. Strong technical experience a plus
5. Previous experience for people management a plus
6. Certified Product Management a plus
7. Willing to keep ahead of industry trends
8. Experienced in a fast-paced environment
9. Demonstrated ability to negotiate conflicting objectives and create alignment across functional teams
10. Proven experience in managing product from ideation to market launch
11. Ability to use analytical tools to make informed, data-driven product decisions
12. Excellent verbal and written English is a must.
13. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within internal and external customers
