职责描述:
This position plays a crucial role in proactive campaign management and must have an in-depth understanding of the client’s property and marketplace to maximize returns for their clients.
1.Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and establish a cohesive, trusting relationship. Be a subject matter expert on China Market and work closely with clients to build and measure digital campaigns
2.Research and develop strategy and digital media plans for clients; identify target audience; recommend budgets and ideal media channels for social marketing, SEM, programmatic ads
3.Conduct regular calls with client to review digital campaign performance and secure approval for recommended modifications to improve campaign results. Manage digital media campaigns for clients with a proactive, detailed, strategic and analytical approach
4.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Creative, Ad operations) to manage campaigns; ensure all best practices are being implemented
5.Manage client onboarding and renewal process
- Draft ad copy and present to client for approval
- Initiate campaign set-up and workflow for tracking tags
- Manage creative development and client approval process
- Ensure all new and renewal campaigns launch and quality SLAs are met
6.Build and own strategy for consumer journey across all touchpoints focus on brand awareness & acquisition.
任职要求:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, hotel management or related is preferred
Business understanding :
3+ years in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box and establishing positive customer relationships
Skills:
- Computing : Proficient in MS Office, with an expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Specific Knowledge : Ability to evaluate data trends, understand and evaluate budget/results, upsells, ROAS, margins and KPIs and other numeric data effectively
- Language : Fluent in Chinese and English
