- Support and contribute to the growth of clients using XML based services.
- Support the API with established client base or prospects.
- Act as the technical point of contact for business partners to help facilitate communication to clients.
- Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal team different kinds of analysis information and functional requirements.
- Assist GTA and clients in documentation and understanding of:
- API quality check with clients
- Clients / Sales Team Test Cases
- analysis client’s development difficulty
- generates clients performance reports
- Follow up on assigned tasks and action items to an acceptable closure
- Must have an understanding of XML API based connectivity.
- Understanding of programming languages and best practices in programming technology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinker with ability to work under pressure
- Ability to provide a superior level of customer service
- Travel up to 30%
- Travel Industry experience is plus
